Where do you ship?
We ship buckets & attachments across Canada and the United States. The excavators themselves we sell and deliver across Canada.
What is the best way to get a shipping rate for buckets & attachments?
The best way to get a shipping rate on buckets and attachments is to add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once there you can add your address and then the shipping rate will be automatically calculated for you.
I can't get an automatic shipping rate at checkout, what should I do?
Occasionally the website will fail to deliver an automatic rate, in this case just contact us and we will be happy to assist.
How do I get a shipping rate for an excavator?
We would be happy to provide you an excavator quote including delivery. We have sent machines across Canada and are committed to providing reasonable delivery options wherever you are in Canada. To get the ball rolling, either shoot us an email or give us a call.
How do I know if an attachment will fit my excavator?
At the bottom of every product page, there is a diagram which shows the stock attachment fitment dimensions. If you're not sure send us a message.
The stock attachment size doesn't fit my machine, what can I do?
We can custom order every attachment to any machine fit. At the bottom of every product page are instructions to measure your machine. Fire us an email with these dimensions and any other questions and we will get you a quote ASAP.
How long does it take to ship out bucket & attachment orders?
Every in-stock order is packed and shipped either the same day or the next business day. For pre-orders and custom-fit buckets, we will provide you an eta when you order and keep you updated until it arrives.
Do you carry spare parts?
Yes. We carry all the spare parts for every excavator, bucket, and attachment we sell. If you need a part for something we sold you, we will not rest until you have it.
What is your return policy?
Returns must occur within 30 days and apply to brand-new items only. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed at our discretion.
Is there somewhere I can see everything in person.
