for Buckets and Attachments
At Molior Multo Equipment Inc., we stand behind the quality and durability of our buckets and attachments for mini excavators. Our warranty policy reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance products built to withstand the demands of your work.
1. One-Year Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Molior Multo Equipment Inc. warrants that all buckets and attachments for mini excavators are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user. This warranty applies to products used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
What’s Covered: Any manufacturing defect that affects the performance or functionality of the bucket or attachment, including issues with materials or assembly, will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge.
What’s Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear (e.g., worn cutting edges or teeth), or failure to follow operating instructions.
Shipping costs for warranty claims are not covered unless otherwise specified.
2. Lifetime Guarantee on Welds
We take pride in the craftsmanship, and our welds are built to last. Molior Multo Equipment Inc. offers a lifetime warranty on all welds for buckets and attachments, valid for the date of purchase by the original end-user.
What’s Covered: Any failure of a weld due to manufacturing defects under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product.
What’s Not Covered: Weld failures resulting from misuse, abuse, improper operation, modifications, impact damage, or excessive force beyond the product’s design specifications are not covered.
This warranty applies only to original welds performed by Molior Multo Equipment Inc. during manufacturing and does not extend to welds repaired by third parties.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@moliormulto.com or 416-220-8550 within 30 days of discovering the issue. Provide your proof of purchase, order number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect, along with photos or videos of the affected product.
2. Inspection: We may request additional information or return of the product for inspection. Shipping instructions will be provided if required.
3. Resolution: Upon approval, we will repair or replace the defective product or part at our discretion. Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe [e.g., 10-15 business days after receipt of the product], subject to availability.
4. General Terms and Conditions:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
Molior Multo Equipment Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, revenue, or equipment downtime.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Molior Multo Equipment Inc. or through our authorized dealers.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Molior Multo Equipment Inc.
