How Do You Currently Connect Buckets & Attachments to Your Machine?
Pin Mount: You mount your buckets/attachments with 2 pins directly to the machine
Pin Grabber Quick Hitch: Your buckets/attachments all have 2 pins attached to them and you use some variation of a “pin grabber” to mount them to the machine
Wedge Style Quick Hitch: Your buckets/attachments have no pins attached to them and mount to a quick hitch via a pin and wedge that fit into the shape of the ears
How Do You Want to Connect to Your New Bucket/Attachment?
Custom Quick Hitch: If you are looking at purchasing multiple of our stocked attachments, it may make the most sense to get a Quick Hitch that fits onto your machine and picks up our standard-sized attachments. That way the only item that needs to be custom-ordered is the Quick Hitch. Unlike larger attachments, it is possible to quickly turn around and deliver a custom Quick Hitch in as little as 3 weeks. Once you have the Quick Hitch you will be able to use any of our stocked attachments with your machine.
Custom Conversion Plate: Similar to the Quick Hitch, a custom conversion plate will adapt your machine’s fitment to be able to receive our stocked attachments. Unlike the Quick Hitch, a conversion plate requires you to individually pin on each attachment, as you typically would on a machine that doesn’t have a quick hitch. Once attached to your machine, the conversion plate will be able to receive any of the stocked attachments that we sell. As with the custom Quick Hitch, a custom Conversion Plate can be delivered in as little as 3 weeks from ordering.
Custom Bucket/Attachment Fitment: If neither of the above solutions works for you, or if time isn’t as much of a priority, you are looking at about 10 weeks for production and delivery of a custom bucket/attachment.
Measurements & Other Info
Regardless of your connection style, be it a custom Quick Hitch, a custom Conversion Plate, or a custom Bucket/Attachment, the following measurements are required to ensure correct machine compatibility.
Pin Mounts/Pin Grabbers: All pin mount/grabber style buckets/attachments require the following measurements. For this style, it is easiest to take the measurements on a bucket or attachment when it is detached from the machine.
Mounting Pin Diameter: The diameter of the pins used to attach to your machine
Pin Centres: The distance between the centre of each mounting pin
Arm Width: The width between the inside of the two mounting ears (where the pins attach)
Wedge Style: For wedge-style quick hitches we require the make and model of the quick hitch and machine as well as the distance between the ears (arm width) of one of your existing buckets or attachments.
